When are you restocking in size 7

How do you practice actually looking at the ball during 1 on 1s . I don’t play anymore but occasionally I hop in net for 5 a side and there are glimpses of muscle memory and a few great moments . However, a massive weakness of mine is that I have looked away whilst the shot is being taken during 1 on 1s. I struggle to have that fearless aspect of my game which wasn’t all that strong back then and has withered away now. Is it alright if you could share some tips ? Sorry if this was long .

i’m a goalie currently trying out for a division 1 team in colombia, i do most things fine, but i’ve been having a bit of a problem lately. on 1v1s, i find myself flinching and not getting low enough or extending my foot all the way or going through with the action all the way. i honestly don’t know if it’s a mental thing, or if i’m tired so my legs don’t feel like getting super low by the end of a training, it feels like a block. if anyone has any advice i’d like to hear it
